Thus, the machine still sees you naked (and then some) but the agents only see an avatar. I've used PreCheck on four flights so far and it has been well worth the cost and time required to enroll in GOES. Each time I went through TSA in less than two minutes with no hassle. GOES was originally developed by U.S. Customs so international travelers could skip the long and aggrevating U.S. Customs lines when returning to the U.S. If you ever fly internationally this is another benefit of signing up for GOES.
