This is an unfortunate turn of events. House speaker Straus seems to have gotten to the legislature with his cowardly stance that the anti-groping bill is a "publicity stunt."
UPDATE: Here's a little more info on the back-and-forth of the anti-groping legislation over the last few days.
I refused a scan and basically got raped by a big Hispanic man at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. We need to protest this. We need to make a big stink about this intrusion of our Constitutional rights.
