Taking pictures and video is NOT illegal

In light of Andrea Abbott being prevented from recording the pre-custodial search of her daughter last week, I want to record for posterity what the TSA's own website says about taking pictures and video at airports:

    As a former TSA screener I can assure you that photography is allowed...unless we might look bad, then it's banned...but we didn't tell you that it was banned...unless you got us on tape saying it was banned...then we only told you that for national security reason that we can't divulge. Understand?
