Dear Jet Blue...

  1. Sure...it is an invasion! What's a better alternative? Obviously we've yet to find a more thorough screening method that isn't invasive.

As much as I don't want people laughing at my fat ass, I also don't want to be dead either. Similar...ly, it is why I like it when we DRUG TEST pilots. (which invades their privacy, and they aren't criminals either)

Yep, it is an invasion of their privacy, but my life and all of ours come before this chick's irrational emotions (panic attacks...her words) wondering if somebody thinks her boobs look nice or not.

She needs to get over it! Her boobs will sag in the next 10 years or so and no one will really care, FACT!!!

I hope she doesn't wear a low cut dress with a push up bra to that wedding!!! People might be wondering what her boobs look like!!! (and the thought of that could give her another panic attack!!)

Heck, she could meet a stranger at the wedding and by the end of the night, THAT stranger could see her boobs! (will she panic?)

I'm quite sure that when my wife goes through the scanner they'll look and notice her curves (the good ones). Sure, I don't like the idea of people ogling her, but I have to get over it!

  2. @Anon

When an employee is drug tested, it is their potential employer doing it. Thus, this is a situation of private contract between two parties.

On the contrary, the TSA is a branch of the government - the people that have a monopoly on force. There is a constitutional protection against warrantless searches in this country.

Does your wife know how you feel about someone else violating her?

  3. Anonymous - if you "don't want to be dead either" then I suggest you bolt your door and never step foot outside of your house and hey, don't bother taking a shower either because you "might" slip and break your head. That's a nonsense statement that I hear over and over again. No one can keep you 100% safe. Your chances of getting killed on the car ride to the airport are much greater than your chances of a terrorist attack.

  4. @Anonymous - you have believed the big lie. You have decided that you will live in fear. I am sorry for that, for you.

Wake up, man, before it is too late!

A bucket of plastic clubs at the end of the jetway would be infinitely more effective as a deterrent to anyone intent on doing harm on a flight; the overwhelming number of good people who are PASSENGERS are the ones who have stopped the very few evil souls intent on doing harm on flights. Wake up!
